The NGO “Lviv Media Forum” announces a simplified procurement procedure for catering service for residents in the Carpathians.

When preparing a quotation, we kindly ask the Participant to familiarize themselves with the following documents:

Annex 1 — “Information on the nature and required qualitative, quantitative and technical characteristics of the subject of procurement”;

Annex 2 — “Quotation” – to be submitted on company letterhead;

Annex 3 — “Service Agreement”;

Annex 4 — “Letter of consent to the processing of personal data”;

Annex 5 — “Sample Menu”.
